Kelly
Owner & Stylist
Kelly is a Howard County native now living in Catonsville. She started in the industry at 16 as a receptionist with no plans to do hair but quickly realized how much she loved it. After graduating with a degree in Marketing from WVU and having no luck finding a job, she took it as a sign to follow her newly found passion and enrolled in Cosmetology School. With 20+ years of experience and two highly trained apprentices under her belt, she has been unstoppable!

Britney
Owner & Stylist
Britney lives in Marriottsville with her husband, Murphy, and daughters, Georgia and Juniper. She found her passion for hair working at a salon during high school and went to beauty school after graduation. She attended a Paul Mitchell partner school in 2004. Once she finished school, she worked and lived in the Hampden neighborhood for over 10 years. Britney has done various continued education courses at Bumble & Bumble University, the Redken Exchange, and the Paul Mitchell Gathering. In 2016 after moving out of the city, Britney decided to continue her career closer to home in Howard County and has loved working here ever since!
Red
Stylist
Red has been in the hair industry for 10 years. She lives in Columbia with her husband and 2 dogs (they are actually her sons lol), Vader and Mando.
Red's goal as a stylist is to create a space for all walks of life to be their true authentic selves. Whether you feel comfortable in vivid colors, or lived-in fun blondes, or something more sun-kissed and complimentary, she has space for everyone in her chair. Her goal is to truly get to know her clients and help them achieve their hair goals!
Tori
Stylist
Tori has been a licensed Cosmetologist in the Baltimore area for over 10 years. Her passion lies in ensuring that her clients feel confident, comfortable, and are heard throughout their time with her. Specializing in creating lived-in balayage, natural coppers, and bold vivids, Tori thrives on bringing out the best in everyone who sits in her chair.
Amanda
Stylist
Amanda is a homegrown Maryland girlie born and raised. She has been licensed as a barber and a color specialist for almost 15 years and specializes in lived-in blondes and brunettes, as well as vivids and pastels. She is also a classically trained barber with tons of experience in military, police, and firefighter regulations, as well as today’s trending fades, mullets, and beard detailing. Amanda likes to let her client lead the social experience in her chair. Her main focus of an appointment will always be to help her client achieve their hair goals while maintaining the integrity of the hair, as well as educating her clients on home hair care. When you sit in her chair, whatever your vibe is, she promises you’ll leave absolutely feeling yourself!
Lis
Stylist
Elisabeth Wall is a local Ellicott City/Catonsville hairstylist specializing in low-maintenance color and hand-tied extensions. She creates effortless, elevated looks that highlight her clients natural beauty and personal style. With nearly 4 years of experience and advanced training in dimensional blonding, she's passionate about offering a luxury salon experience rooted in precision and artistry. She is now accepting new clients by digital consultation, and every new guest foil appointment includes custom color, bond-building treatments, a trim, and a blowout. She'd love to welcome you into her chair and will help you feel confident, radiant, and refreshed!
Jenn
Stylist
Jenn has been a licensed stylist for 15 years. She graduated from The Temple: A Paul Mitchell School, and went on to continue honing her craft at Bumble and Bumble University in NYC and later became a Bumble & Bumble network educator for salons. She loves helping people achieve their hair goals, whether it's a lived-in balayage, or just a simple trim or a blowout. In addition to women's services, she also loves styling men and children!

Lindsey
Assistant
Lindsey was born and raised in Catonsville, MD and moved to Columbia in 2016. She has 2 daughters, Kayla (15), and Penelope (8). She graduated from The Temple: A Paul Mitchell Partner School in 2012 and has worked in the beauty industry ever since. Fun fact: her husband, Coty is also a licensed Cosmetologist!
Lindsey currently works as an assistant but would also love to pursue nails in the future.
