10Three Beauty Lab is a hair salon for independent beauty pros tucked away in Ellicott City, Maryland. Full of personality, cozy couches, and award-winning salon decor (BTC ONESHOT Top 5 finalist for Salon Decor!), we take pride in our space and are so excited for you to come in and check it out. We're proud to be a safe, inclusive space where everyone has the chance to thrive!

Our Story

Kelly and Britney opened 10Three Beauty Lab in March of 2023 after spending a few years as independent stylists renting chairs themselves. They quickly realized they wanted to create their own unique space that is bright, welcoming, and full of positive energy. They both have an eye for design and wanted it to show in every aspect of the salon; from plants (LOTS of plants), to wall art, to a pink Christmas tree left up all year round!
